Violetta Absaliamova is a Senior Legal Advisor with over 8 years of experience advising businesses and individuals on corporate law, M&A, investment structuring, commercial transactions, regulatory advisory, and dispute resolution. She provides legal support to businesses operating in the UAE and across multiple jurisdictions, with particular focus on corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, market entry, and risk-sensitive contractual work.
Her experience includes advising on the establishment and structuring of legal entities in the UAE, drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial documentation, supporting investment transactions, and developing legal frameworks for businesses in technology, fintech, real estate, online platforms, and professional services. Violetta has also advised clients in regulatory matters involving UAE authorities and free zone jurisdictions, including VARA, DED, ADGM, and DIFC.
