Fees and stages are agreed in writing before we start: a fixed fee for the initial case assessment, staged milestones for litigation, and — in defined categories of matters — a fee refund if the result is not achieved. No hidden charges, no mid-case surprises.

What happens after you write
A senior lawyer reads the message, not an assistant sorting a queue. If the matter is urgent — a detention, a travel ban, an account that stopped working — say so in the first line, because that changes who picks it up and how fast. The first conversation is free and confidential, and it ends with an honest answer about whether we can help, including when the answer is no.
Useful to have ready, if you have them: the document that started the matter — a summons, a decision, a bank letter, a notice; the dates; the names of the authorities or institutions involved; and what has already been said or signed. Do not send originals, and do not take steps to move assets or accounts before the position is assessed — that sequence creates its own problems.
