Kermen Tserenkeeva is a legal professional with over 11 years of experience focusing on complex commercial disputes, corporate law, and international arbitration for corporations and individuals. She represents clients before Russian courts of all instances and in international arbitrations, with a focus on cross-border matters involving the UAE, Turkey, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
She has extensive experience representing creditors and debtors in high-value disputes, defending directors and shareholders against claims of subsidiary liability and recovery of losses, and advising on cross-border investment transactions. Kermen has also advised clients on regulatory matters in Hong Kong and has prepared legal opinions for international arbitral institutions such as the LCIA.
She holds a law degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Faculty of Law) and is currently pursuing an LLM in International Financial & Commercial Law at King's College London.
